We have a 1 year limited warranty on the Keyboard, please email us at sales should it happen to fail, this warranty does not cover abuse. We will repair or replace it with a comparable product at our option, you will be responsible for shipping the unit to us. For the first 30 days you pay to return it to us. After 30 days you will also have to pay shipping and handling fees. Printed keyboards are non-refundable and have a 1 year on the keyboard and 90 days on the printing. You must contact us at salesKO@cs.com to get a return address, do not return to the address on the package.
